Cullen is the cutest ever... Right? He's from Oklahoma. He came to The Humane Society of Sheboygan County via a recent transport from an overcrowded shelter down south. And no, he doesn't MEOW with a southern accent. Cullen is ten going on two. He's considered "special needs" as he's tested FIV positive. What does that mean? Nothing major... really.
