This episode of the podcast is with Karsten Ferguson. Karsten has a really incredible story and is an awesome example of everything we are looking to bring light to with Spread The Positive. After spending six years as an Aircraft Hydraulic Mechanic for the United States Air Force, he is now doing similar work for Lockheed Martin. He is a Military Veteran Representative/partner with the Global nonprofit organization Souls4Soles. He is also also the Creative Director & Owner of Focus Outward. Focus Outward is a Tennessee-based video production and marketing business with the motto, “Creating a scene to be seen.” Needless to say this guy really lives out the mission of Spread The Positive.
