What looks better on a resume, 8 years at one job and a good recommendation from the manager, or 2 years at four separate jobs with good recommendations from all of the managers? Are there headhunters that only charge money if they land you a job?  If you are given a written notice at work, should you be looking for another job, could that mean they wanna get rid of you? Should you include a description of a company on your resume? Is recruiting a dead-end job?
