Summertime! The time for fun and sunshine! In addition to making our day literally and figuratively brighter, sunshine has a cool benefit. Remember how we’re currently doing a video series about eating healthy on the go?Well, it’s important that we be eating healthy foods that help build our bones. What does this have to do with sunshine? Hang in there with me. I’ll get to that- According to Mayo Clinic “you only have one chunk of time when you can build up your bones with calcium and vitamin D that’s the first 30 years or so of your life. Once you reach 30 your body stops building new bone. After that you can only maintain the bone strength you already have. The best way to add calcium and vitamin D is by eating well balanced meals not by taking supplements.”So ladies, you are in a critical time In your life where you are still building and creating your  bones. And trust me, you want them to be healthy and strong. AND not only will you appreciate healthy bone development now, but trust me, you’re 60, 70 and
