Debtors’ management – one of the big issues confronting the accountancy profession and small businesses.  According to Dun & Bradstreet, in their latest survey on debtors’ days outstanding in Australia, the average businesses are now suffering debtors’ days outstanding of 54 days.  Admittedly, this is an improvement of one day from the previous quarter’s survey.  However, this is still tying up a tremendous amount of money for Australian small businesses.  In this podcast, Peter Towers discusses the implications on small business and some ways you can assist your SME clients effectively manage they debtors’.
