Since then, she had started three brands while getting her hands on as a product manager and head chef of a food tech company. Lorielle's shared how she found her community in Stockholm, in a hospitality and creative-centric co-working space. Getting involved in her newfound community led her to entrepreneurship. One of the most important lessons she learned in her journey is to "knock on windows when the doors are closed". She collaborates with various ethnic chefs and home-based cooks to share their culture, delicacies, and stories with you.
