A summer morning in a small Alabama town was the last place a 12 year old girl was seen in 1984. Did Sherry ever get the soda that she intended to buy with the dollar her step-father had just given her while he ran in the bank. He asked her to be back in 15 minutes, but how many minutes did it take for their world to be turned upside down? She also adored her step-father. When he was leaving to go into town to go to the bank, she came running outside with her shoes in hand begging to go with. Raymond (her step father) went into the bank to sign papers, he gave her $1 to go get a soda.
