The blast set off a chain of explosions at refineries, chemical plants and tin smelters. The entire harbor disappeared in billowing black smoke and flames. Knowing that his girlfriend's brother worked in the refinery, and was likely killed in the blast, a wanted criminal being pursued by the law comes up with a plan to halt his manhunt. He convinces his girlfriend to switch his identity with that of her brother.
