Poor Cullen is back and is looking for his forever home 2.0. Maybe you're his perfect match?  Cullen is the cutest ever... Right? He's from Oklahoma. He came to The Humane Society of Sheboygan County via a recent transport from an overcrowded shelter down south. And no, he doesn't MEOW with a southern accent. Cullen is ten going on two. He's considered "special needs" as he's tested FIV positive. What does that mean? Nothing major... really.
