In 1962, the world was first introduced to a comic book superhero that was quite unique for the time, and who has since gone on to become one of the most popular superheroes ever: Spider-Man! His history has been long and not always bright, but thankfully, it has finally resulted in the beloved character finally joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
