Indications From The Conference Board

The Conference Board Measure of CEO Confidence™ in collaboration with The Business Council rose slightly in Q3. The measure saw a one-point uptick, up from 44 in Q2 to 45 in Q3. (A reading below 50 points reflects more negative than positive responses.)
