On 4th October 1967 the residents of Shag Harbour observed multiple lights rapidly moving through the sky. One object either crashed or landed intentionally on the surface of the ocean before submerging itself beneath the waves. The objects were visually observed and picked up on multiple radar systems. In the coming days the military conducted a search of the ocean floor looking for what they described as a UFO.
