On May 1, 2020, five Trinity alumni came together virtually to offer their perspective on the future of professional sports in the U.S. and abroad, and share their stories about how they used their liberal arts education to achieve their professional goals. The group included: Jay Monahan ’93, Commissioner, Professional Golf Association; Daniel Good ’95, Vice President, St. Louis Cardinals; Sam Kennedy ’95, President and CEO, Boston Red Sox; Billy Hogan ’96, Chief Commercial Officer, Liverpool Football Club; and Mimi MacKinnon ’04, Special Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, National Football League. The panel was moderated by Robin Sheppard M’76 Veteran Coach and Athletics Administrator, Trinity College.
