The Center for Urban and Global Studies at Trinity College welcomed Dr. Ratoola Kundu to kick off this year's Global Vantage Point series. Dr. Kundu's talk, "Sex, Lies and Red Tape: The Story of Redevelopment in Kamathipura, Mumbai," traces the history and contested transformation of Kamathipura, Asia's largest red light district in the heart of Mumbai, India's financial centre.
