The first thing you’ll hear in this podcast is Q-Unique’s “One Shot” instrumental, the lead single off his first solo project, Vengeance is Mine, released by Uncle Howie back in 2004. That was the first time I’d heard Q as a solo artist and while I was always a fan of his work with The Arsonists, this was a new way of hearing him. Over the years, Q has continued reinventing himself, from linking with Fieldy from Korn and recording and performing with Stilwell and Kings Bounty to going back to the boom-bap sound with The Brown Bag All-Stars with Blaq Coffee.
