On episode 79 of Film Focus, I finally get to share my thoughts on the latest video game film adaptation in the form of Pokemon: Detective Pikachu. Now, this film went from being something I wasn't overly interested in watching to being something I had to watch. With pretty compelling marketing and an interesting story based on the Nintendo 3DS spin-off game, does this film end up being the film to break the video game adaptation curse?
