Unexplained Reality

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is an incredibly beautiful section of the Appalachian Mountain range. The park straddles the borders of Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. The park is over 520,000 acres of largely old growth forest that is dissected by the Appalachian Trail which runs from Northern Georgia to Maine. Although the park is loaded with miraculously beautiful sights literally at every turn, it is a deceivingly rugged land. It is not a place to be underestimated or to explore without the proper preparations. Since its inception the park has attracted all forms of visitors, from the common family outing to the more daring adventure seekers. The park has something for everyone. However, there have been a number of unexplained incidents that have taken place in the park through the years.
