So there's three steps, three important steps to create a great culture in your partner organization, and the first one is structure. You need to have structure, you need to have rules and regulations. You have to have your hr in place, you have to have your manuals down. People have to have extreme clarity on exactly what you want them to do, how you want them to do it, and what laws that they need to abide by.
