Tim is the co-owner and managing partner of Pacer Limited. He is the president of the Arkansas Pawnbrokers Association, past GRC chair of the National Pawnbrokers Association (NPA) and the current president of the NPA. Tim has been married to his wife Lisa for 33 years, with 3 sons.
