Each the year, The Share Chair Podcast likes to capture the voice of a retiree. While there are many great voices from which to choose, this year, we asked counselor, John Coughenour to share his vision of retirement and ask about his gaze in the past. Additionally, we were delighted to open our email and find a middle school listener's recording of an important essay. It's a personal narrative about her experience as multi-racial.
