As part of our vegan month, we speak to Camilla Fayed, owner of London based vegan and vegetarian restaurant, Farmacy Kitchen. Camilla also has recently launched her book Farmacy Kitchen Cookbook: Plant-based recipes for a conscious way of life.  The Farmacy ethos is about bringing attention back to nature, simplicity and balance. Farmcy follows the concept of 'simple abundance' in the food they create, using fresh, colourful and whole foods in inspired combinations for maximum taste, digestion and enjoyment.
