In this week's community episode, we discuss changes to our Facebook Forum to bring the communication more into alignment with the purpose of the group and the show.  We'll hear some spirited audio from the toddlers who take classes with Jenna, strategize through a write-in question about working in a class with clients who have special considerations and hear from members of our community who called in to share about their favorite Pilates word - we know, it sounds tame, but you'd be surprised to hear where this conversation goes! We'll get our workout of the week, community shoutout and hear from our resident lightworker, Syd from The Suburban Monk!
