Shawn is an international teambuilding and leadership consulant, bestselling author, Ironman and marathon competitor, expedition guide and podcast host. Shawn has a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and is driven by a love for experiential education, adventure, and leadership. He devoted 15 years to leading teams and wilderness expeditions into some of the world's harshest environments.
