Rethink You

Mr. Don Taylor is an Adjunct Professor, executive coach, consultant and lecturer on leadership, health care policy, emerging challenges and opportunities for personal growth.  He has decades of operational and leadership experiences across federal, state, private sector, academic and non-profit organizations. Don is a retired US Air Force Colonel who served for over 27 years in various roles in healthcare operations.  He has been the CEO and COO of health systems and led the largest trauma hospital in Iraq in 2006 as the only non-physician commander (CEO).  He also served as the Associate Director for various VA Medical Centers. Recently, was the Director, Southwestern Health Resources Integration at UTSW, where he helped develop an integrated network of care.  He serves on the Advisory Board and is a certified coach for Think X, Inc..  He has also published the book, “The Quiet Heroes:  Timeless Reflections of American Airman”.   Don has a BS in Architecture from UT Arlington and a Master of Health Administr
