Hey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Punky Power: An Unofficial Punky Brewster Podcast. To kick off 2021, I've decided to cover one of my favorite movie trilogies, the Sarah, Plain, and Tall trilogy, starting of course with the first movie Sarah, Plain and Tall, which was released as a TV Movie in 1991, starring Christopher Walken, Glenn Close, Lexi Randall and introducing Christopher Bell. Movie Synopsis: A single New England woman responds to an advertisement by a Midwestern widower in which he asks for a bride to help him raise his two children. My history with this movie, I read the book back in 4th Grade for school back in 1992 and fell in love with the characters. One day I was at my neighbor's house and saw they had the movie on tape, that was in 1993, at that time I had no idea that a movie had been made, but I fell in love with the movie too just as I had with the book.
