Today, I'm covering S2E11: Uneasy Rider, which aired on January 14, 1984. In this episode Ricky's mother comes to visit, he manipulates her into buying a dirt bike for him after Edward decides against it. Ricky's resentment over Kate's advice on the topic also confuses the matter of her relationship with Edward. This episode really showcased Edward and Evelyn as co-parents and poor Kate is stuck in the middle after she offers her opinion of why she feels Ricky shouldn’t have a motorcycle/dirt bike/motorbike.
