2 Sober Chicks

Today's show Julie takes the stage and shares her story of alcoholism. Her journey from drinking in isolation and dependency on men to define who she was, to admission of her alcoholism and finally to the doors of AA and the freedom through reliance on a higher power! Lisa and Julie are just 2 sober chicks who sit down and talk recovery, AA, the 12 steps, sponsorship, and how it works for them. Their main purpose in doing this podcast is simply to carry the message of sobriety and recovery and to bring a little hope into the lives of the still suffering alcoholic. They try to live the AA Responsibility Declaration - I Am Responsible - When anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help, I want the hand of A.A. always to be there. And for that, I am responsible.
