Lisa talks about how when working with newcomers to sobriety and recovery she is often reminded of how stubborn, obstinate and closed minded she was when she first came into AA. It was an absolute miracle that eventually she developed things like willingness, honesty, and open mindedness...without them, she'd be lost or dead. So she knows that anyone who wants what we have can develop these traits too!
