I've attached our complaint and brief supporting the motion to intervene. Your thoughts would be much appreciated. We are actively recruiting responsible e-liquid and open-system device companies to join the Coalition or contribute to the cause, as the legal and expert witness fees are quickly adding up, as I am sure you can imagine. We currently have three members: Vapor Shark, Cosmic Fog Vapors and Mt. Baker Vapor, but we will need to have a broader coalition of big and small companies to succeed here.
