My body is all over the map, everything is growing at epic rates, I'm about to travel for almost the entire month of February, and I'm changing EVERYTHING in regards to relationships through this class I'm facilitating... Ugh!! So, in honour of the current mood, today's show title is: The Sh*t Show! Tools for Uncomfortable Times. (Gotta love a good understatement.
