This episode title may sound fancy but it's the perfect F-word for sharing the nature of water and life being expansive and constrictive. The best example is my white water rafting trip with my BFF Zohra and our adventure on one of the most dangerous rapids in the world. We survived and I'll never forget the moment of making it past the rapids and the water going completely still...like glass with a beautiful reflection. Beauty within the moment of expansion but also in the moment of constriction. Perspective is everything and it's time to not wait for life to get better...or even worry that life will get worse.
