Whether or not you yourself are an idealist personality type (ENFP, INFP, INFJ or ENFJ), you’ll eventually work with idealists as their boss or employee. You may find the situation quite frustrating. I’m an ENFP and have worked with ENFPs, INFPs, and INFJs many times.
