We have been told hunger is bad and if you feel hungry you will be miserable or you are torturing yourself. This whole idea is misleading. If you start embracing the feeling of being hungry and accepting its ok, you will begin to get leaner and leaner and that hunger wont be as prevalent the closer you get to your goals.
