Cocktail of the Week:  Pisco Sour ·     3 oz Pisco ·     1 oz Fresh Lime Juice ·     ¾ oz Simple Syrup ·     1 Egg White   Shake allingredients with ice. Strain out icewith Hawthorn Strainer.
