I learned one of my most valuable business lessons at a time when I was at my lowest both personally and in my business. I was reminded of this lesson this past November while listening to Perry Belcher’s talk at the Genius Network BIG EVENT. He stated that 70% of your success in business is due to your team. Not your marketing, your operations, your production, or your cash flow, but the team that you surround yourself with. After listening to Perry’s talk, I was reminded of a time when I was going through a divorce, spiraling downhill emotionally, and then realized that my team members were stealing from me.
