This is a fantastic stress reliever and amazing cleanser for detoxifying the mind. Plank it. Place your body in a push-up position with your hands/elbows underneath your shoulders. Keep your back straight. If your lower back is hurting or tight, you are doing it wrong. Keep your abdominals engaged. You should feel them shake. Count to 5 beyond that feeling! You can do it.
