Like debt problems, food insecurity can happen to anyone. What causes individuals and families to require food assistance? On today's podcast, we have first-time guest Wendi Campbell, CEO at The Food Bank of Waterloo Region to help us get a better understanding of local food issues and what "food insecurity" really means.
