In This Episode: This comes out New Year’s Eve! Welcome to you if you are new to the podcast! For those who are new, John does Keto and Intermittent Fasting, Emily does Intermittent Fasting. We talk about eating in our “window” — This is in regards to Intermittent Fasting and the hours during the day we allow ourselves to eat. We both do about 16-8 or 18-6: 16 hours fasting/8 hours of eating or 18 hours fasting/6 hours eating. We recorded this a few days after Christmas and we got on the scale and dealt with the number like champions (sorta).
