This is a busy episode with plenty of laughs.   We chat to Pat about his time in the high-pressure world of a commercial kitchen and how that translated to his running.   Shout out time is getting ridiculous but the love and questions that came in for Pat provide plenty of insight into a man who has dialled in his training and racing. We were lucky to get confirmation, rebutle and clarification from Pat's twin brother Julian and there were more fist bumps than we knew how to deal with.
