Carol Ndosi is a major media personality with over five years’ media experience, having worked at Tanzania’s biggest media house, IPP Media. She has also worked in public relations and event management, after which she launched her own event management company, Alta Vista Events, which is the sole proprietor of the largest barbecue festival in East and Central Africa. Carol also launches new products (barbecue sauces, spices, ketchup, and other foodstuffs) from her property, The Nyama Choma Festival (TNCF). She believes in the economic empowerment of women as a vital element in the development of communities.
