Sometimes you just need to mix things up.  It was time to make a change in the podcast and I have always wanted to do episodes with no notes or prompts. I decided it was time to unveil ETR Uncut.  These are episodes where I speak about something I am passionate about until I am out of things to say. We kick things off in this first episode with a topic that is crazy prevalent in our society today.  I have witnessed this mentality firsthand in a variety of environments as I work with people to help them achieve their potential. The issue that we have in our society today is that everyone wants things to come easily.  The problem with this approach is that no worthwhile accomplishment can be achieved with this approach. If you want to create an extraordinary life, you MUST shun easy and instead make the decision to earn it.  This episode urges you to be different and explains how you can take a path to an uncommon life.
