Amanda Stanec is the founder and CEO of Move+Live+Learn where she focuses on inspiring people to use their bodies in an active way that creates energy.  Stanec, who earned her Ph.D. in Kinesiology at the University of Virginia, has written 20 articles and book chapters and created developmental resources for the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation, NFL Play 60, and Boys & Girls of America.
