Episode Summary: Yael Schonbrun is a clinical psychologist in private practice and assistant professor at Brown University. In her spare time, she is a stay-at-home mother to her three boys. Her book exploring the psychology of straddling an ambitious professional and engaged family life is coming out soon. A big theme on this podcast is balancing our lives as parents along with our lives as professionals.
