The data showed how attacks had changed significantly compared to previous years, with the key findings being: • Attacks destined to the United Kingdom increased by 62% year-over-year, bandwidth spiked 56% upwards, and throughput increased by 43%. • Since the global COVID-19 Pandemic in early- to mid-March, the number of observed attacks increased month-over-month. • The most common DDoS vector for attacks against the United Kingdom during this period was DNS Reflection/Amplification.
