Sonia dials in from Portland after watching her 2 mile record fall to one of her own athletes at the Pre Fontaine Classic this past weekend. While she fills us in on what it’s like to see the fastest 100 metres since Flo Jo, Jarlath goes to the other end of the spectrum to give us a full report on the hill session organised for listeners at The Hill of Tara.
