Discussing the city of Whittier, Ca from a locals prospective. The current discussion regarding the Uptown Promenade is wether to leave it closed to cars or make it a hybrid situation. Meaning allow some car traffic while keeping the outdoor structures up and running. I give my thought on this topic. We also talk about some of the new business's planning to open at The Groves in 2022 Chipotle being one of them. I also tell a few scary stories of my own. I give locations of some houses and streets that are in the halloween spirit.
