Today FM presenter Alison Curtis joins Róisín Ingle this week, to talk about why she doesn't feel represented on Irish radio and says it's time to hear more female voices on the airwaves. The Saturday & Sunday Breakfast host also talks about the impact losing her mother at a young age has had on her own parenting style and how she feels a longing for Ireland whenever she goes back to Canada.
