In this episode, Paul reviews the recent Iowa Supreme Court decision in Honomichi v. Valley View Swine. In this decision, the court reversed a lower court ruling finding Iowa's right-to-farm law was unconstitutional as applied due to the lower court offering no facts to demonstrate the law was unconstitutional as applied.
