On The Cusp

Ben Greene interviews his old college friend and longtime comedy teammate, Mary Sasson. Mary is a writer/actor/improviser (not to mention stand-up comedian) who has been performing at the Upright Citizens Brigade theatre in Los Angeles since September, 2010. She is a member of the UCB house team Winslow, and one of the founders of the sketch team Hamilton 100. In Ben’s interview with Mary (recorded back in 2012) you’ll get to hear her talking about growing up with seven siblings, her experience opening for Lewis Black in a stand-up show in college, and how she almost left LA in the months before getting onto a UCB Harold team.
