The politics in the book that ruffled some feathers is discussed along with a focus on Lennon and Springsteen...two generations of artists both vilified by the conservative right...and the long-term consequences of the 1980 election and the seeds that inevitably grew into the current Trumpian war on democracy.  AUTUMN is a story about rock and roll, murder, politics, war, and the cultural divide in America.
